As a graduate of New College of California with a BA in Activism and Social Change, Jason is committed to transparent, respectful communication and creating and supporting inclusive processes.
As the founder of JS Consulting, Jason is focused on supporting SMB’s to ensure they establish fair and consistent processes, avoid unnecessary risk and understand their opportunities for improvement. This work includes:

In his work at Academy or Art University, Jason guided teams through dramatic change, consistently delivering support and communication that ensured that a team of over 150 employees was connected with the mission of art education. Jason restructured onboarding, assessment, training and disciplinary processes to ensure transparency and fairness, and ensured a culture of collaboration, innovation and inclusion.
As the Human Resources Manager at Urbana, Jason fosters a progressive and impactful HR environment, overseeing critical HR initiatives, dramatically increasing employee retention, creating processes that ensure consistency and fairness, while nurturing a mission-driven culture.
Outside of his professional life Jason has contributed his videography skills to Glide Memorial and The Riley Center. He’s an active member of the Dolphin Club, occasional marathoner and happy father of two little Giants fans.
